    World Menopause Day 2024

    World-Menopause-Day

World Menopause Day is held every year on 18th October. The purpose of the day is to raise awareness of the menopause and the support options available for improving health and well being.

I have provided some resources below that may help you, or someone you know, as they navigate this time.

Across the Black Country there are many Menopause Cafes, these are places you can connect with others, hear their stories, and access support. In Sandwell, there is a group called 'Blooming Menopause' they meet at Portway Lifestyle Centre once a month. The next two meet-ups are 19th November and 17th December 2024.

It will begin 2nd December 2-3.30pm, the group is created by Dudley Sanctuary Hub. For more info contact: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
