Sandwell Community Walks for Men's Mental Health 2026

These hour-long walks organised by Healthy Sandwell will take place on 

Friday 12 June 2026 Victoria Park, Tipton - Meet at the War Memorial at 10.30am and Brunswick Park, Wednesbury - Meet at the play area at 1.30pm 

Saturday 13 June 2026 Dartmouth Park, West Bromwich - Meet at the War Memorial at 10.30am and Britannia Park, Rowley Regis - Meet by the multi-games area near the car park at 1.30pm

Sunday 14 June 2026 Lightwoods Park, Smethwick - Meet at Lightwoods House at 10.30am and West Smethwick Park, Smethwick - Meet at the Pavilion at 1pm, plus family-friendly activities from 2pm - 3.30pm

You don't need to sign up – just turn up ( dogs on leads welcome), walk with us, and show your support for men's mental health in Sandwell #YouOkMate

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
