A good walk can do wonders for your mental wellbeing in fact, being active has a whole range of benefits It improves self-perception and self-esteem, mood and sleep quality, and it reduces stress, anxiety and fatigue.
We run weekly Health Walks in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell & Dudley.
Today one of our facilitators Zak sent over some great info about our health walk in Walsall Arboretum:
'...the duration of the walk is 45-50 minutes, covering approximately 2.1 miles. You can expect to be making 4500-5000 steps, disabled access all round and regular benches around the park.'
