Today is the 10th October which is World Mental Health Day, a day where we raise awareness of mental health and how we can look after it. This years theme is 'Mental Health is a Universal Human Right.' Giving us the chance to open up and talk about mental health with either family, friends and colleagues. Whilst knowing how to access support if we are struggling.
Here at The Recovery College, we will be taking this day to reflect on how we look after our mental health and wellbeing in our everyday lives.
