    Begin your Couch 2 5k in Walsall!

    Do you want to try a new exercise? Or get back into a running routine?

    Couch to 5K is a 12 week training plan to help you begin your running journey. Combining walking and running at a steady pace where you are able to chat to those around you, build your stamina and journey towards running 5 kilometres.

    Jog Walsall has links with local running clubs within Walsall and can support joggers to make the transition into clubs. Many of joggers have enjoyed attending local runs and races together and Jog Walsall also regularly arranges for our joggers to attend the local parkrun at Walsall Arboretum.

    The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

    All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

    You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
