It's Men's Health Week 2024. This week presents a valuable opportunity to prioritize men's well-being, address health challenges, and promote healthy lifestyles.
The week aims to raise awareness of men's health and to encourage all men to seek help to address any health concerns that they may be experiencing.
Men's Health Week is observed every year, originating in the USA in 1994 and is now recognised in countries around the world. Typically this week aligns with Fathers Day, encouraging Fathers, Brothers, Uncles and all men to speak about their health and seek guidance from professionals.
