    Happiness Happens Month

    Happiness-Happens-Month

August marks the beginning of Happiness Happens month.

When the world feels uncertain, it's more important than ever to pause and savour the times when you feel good and happy.

"For 25 years, we've been helping make the world a happier place — one smile, one celebration, and one happy moment at a time.

Each August, we introduce a theme, but our ongoing mission remains the same:
To increase your happy awareness—and help you shine your happy light so others feel your positive energy. This year, we're inviting you to celebrate with us by taking the 'Random Acts of Happiness Challenge'

    Happiness Happens Month Website: https://sohp.com/happiness-happens-month-2025/

Below you can find a calendar listing some Acts of Happiness you can do to create more happiness for yourself and those around you. Let us know how you get on with these daily challenges!

At The Recovery College we will be hosting our Summer End of Term Celebration focusing on the theme Happiness Happens. If you are a current student it would be great to see you as we celebrate your achievements from this term.
