    Mindfulness-for-Life-MBCT-L-Presentation

    Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is designed to help you apply the learning into everyday life to manage difficulties but also cultivate compassion, calmness and wisdom. It offers an insight into a different way of living that will support you to work with distress and difficulties, but also to savour life and realise your potential to flourish.

    This 8 week course will run on a Wednesday 17th September with weekly 2-hour sessions Online Via Zoom. 

    MBCT will be led by two qualified mindfulness practitioners.

    The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

    All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

    You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
