Do you support a family member or friend? If that's a yes...who is supporting you? The Kaleidoscope Plus Group Open Meetings will provide a social space to access advice and guidance, a chance to participate in activities such as raffles, quizzes and games. The sessions will be led by experienced staff from Kaleidoscope Plus Group with guest speakers from other organisations. 

Tuesday 23rd January 2024 from 1pm till 4pm

Tuesday 20th February 2024 from 1pm till 4pm 

Thursday 28th March 2024 from 1pm till 4pm

Their MOT Sessions is a five week course to give you the opportunity to 'put your own mask on first'  and gain ways to manage your own mental wellbeing. 

The Purpose of these sessions is to raise awareness and encourage self reflection on ways which both the person caring and the person being cared for can improve their life-style in simple stages. 

Tuesdays 1pm till 3pm 

27th February - Mindfulness Techniques 

5th March - Managing Stress & Anxiety

12th March -  Self Care Strategies 

19th March - Nutrition and Diet

26th March - Exercise and Activities
