    The Live for Less course offers tips, techniques and practical advice about how to manage your money including

    • making budget savings
    • reducing utility costs
    • how to eat healthily on a budget


    Live for Less sessions are held monthly in local venues across Dudley

    The course will be held on the following dates in January:

    Castle & Priory Neighbourhood Learning Centre – Friday 10th January at 12:30 – 15:00

    Dudley Wood Neighbourhood Learning Centre - Friday 17th January at 12:30 – 15:00

    Brierley Hill Neighbourhood Learning Centre – Tuesday 11th February at 10:00 – 12:30

    Dudley Wood Neighbourhood Learning Centre - Friday 28th February at 12:30 – 15:00

    The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

    All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

    You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
