Shine A Light Dementia Choir

Come along and join Black Country Healthcare for their dementia choir! A fun, exciting and free opportunity to get together, for people living with dementia and their carers.

At West Bromwich Baptist Church from the 5th September till 21st November 2023 from 2pm - 4pm.

(One week break during October half-term on the 31st October)
