The Recovery College Expansion - 10 years of the RC!

Let's take another dive back into the archives. 

Over the last 10 years The Recovery College has experienced incredible transformation. In 2023 The Recovery College expanded out of Sandwell to open physical sites in Dudley, Wolverhampton and Walsall.  

To open our venues we hosted events for members of the public, students and stakeholders to come and experience The Recovery College.

Dudley: DY1 Community Centre, Dudley, DY1 1RT, Tuesday and Thursday 10-4

Wolverhampton: 63 Waterloo Road, WV1 4QU Monday and Wednesday 10-4

Walsall: YMCA Small Street Day Centre, 1a Small Street, WS1 3PR Monday and Thursday 10-4

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
