It's the 40th anniversary of Volunteers Week! We are celebrating the amazing contributions volunteers make to communities across the UK and most importantly for the Recovery College.
The celebration starts on the first Monday in June every year. It's a chance to recognise, celebrate and thank the UK's incredible volunteers for all they contribute to our local communities, the voluntary sector, and society as a whole.
We have an incredible team of volunteers at the college and we will be highlighting the important role they play in everything we do this week.
Today we have a NHS trust celebration event in Wednesbury attended by Kerry, the college principal, Liane, deputy principal and student volunteers. Well done everyone on all your hard work!
