The RC Hub is a mental health, recovery, health and wellbeing resource library, for people living in the Black Country. It is ever-growing with new activities, leaflets, videos and other tools to help you.

From the top websites menu we have A Guide to Good Sleep, the mental health benefits of good sleep include boosting our mood, reducing stress and helping with anxiety. In our Podcast section you can access a variety of podcasts, This podcast covers a variety of topics hosted by Izzy Judd, she has a special guest each week to discuss building courage and confidence, reducing stress levels and gratitude.
