If you are a resident in the Sandwell area you may be eligible for a free health check at one of their drop-in centres.

1. 19th March - Wednesbury Leisure Centre 10:15am -15:30pm 
2. 20th March - Haden Hill Lesiure Centre 9:15am - 16:30pm
3. 21st March - Oldbury Library 9:45am - 16:30pm
4. 22nd March - Oakeswell Health Centre 10:15am - 17:30pm
5. 23rd March - Portway Lifestyle Centre 13:45pm - 17:15pm

The requirements:

• You are aged 40 – 74.
• You have a Sandwell address and/or registered to a Sandwell GP.
• You do not have a pre-existing health condition.
