Sandwell now have set up Community Hubs where you can speak to someone face-to-face in the West Bromwich and Blackheath area. There is also access to computers and Wi-Fi and they can also help you to sign up for a MySandwell account too. If you need help accessing council services or you need to speak to someone the two Community Hubs are based at.
