The spiritual care team offer support through 1-to-1 sessions. These can involve someone talking to them about their life, beliefs, and values, and might touch on psychological and social, as well as religious or spiritual themes. The team of chaplains cover the whole Trust. Each member of the team is from a different faith or spiritual tradition including Sikh, Hindu, Muslim and the Christian denominations of Church of England, Pentecostal and Orthodox and Roman Catholic.
Emma has been involved with The Recovery College from the beginning and continues to support our students through our Exploring your Spirituality course, Mindfulness courses and our popular faith visits! Emma shares her ideas for how the college can move forward, her favourite CHIME value and her fondest memory.

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.
All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.
You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
