World Mental Health Day, 2025

Today is World Mental Health Day and it has never been more important to discuss mental health - it doesn't take a day off!

Throughout the week we have been discussing - Myths vs Facts around mental health, Awareness, Community and Sharing Stories, Resources and Support. Please take time to have a read through and pick up some of our helpful pointers and signposting.

On this World Mental Health Day, let's take a moment to recognize the importance of caring for our minds as we do our bodies. Mental health is a part of everyday life — something that deserves attention, understanding, and openness. Today is a reminder that asking for help is a sign of strength, and that small acts of empathy can make a real difference. By talking honestly and supporting one another, we can help create a world where mental well-being is valued and no one feels alone in their struggles.
