Wear it Green Day: Mental Health Awareness Week

Wear It Green Day – Standing Together for Mental Health 💚

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, our team went all in on the Green Theme – and the energy across our Dudley, Sandwell, and Walsall bases was incredible!

From green outfits and to self care themed games, mindfulness sessions, and creative expression activities, the day was packed with positivity, support, and meaningful conversation.

Wearing green today wasn’t just about colour – it was about starting conversations, showing support, and breaking the stigma around mental health. Every ribbon, shirt, and smile helped send the message: Mental health matters – and no one is alone.

💬 Got photos or stories from the day? Share them with us – let’s keep the momentum going!

💚 Let’s keep talking. Let’s keep supporting. Let’s keep showing up. 💚

Thank you to everyone who participated. Don't forget we have plenty of MH Awareness week info available to explore! Be sure to read our prior posts, including staff poetry and helpful websites to visit.
