Movember Move Challenge with Sir Mo Farah!

Did you know? 8 out of 10 British men would find it helpful if someone asked if they were having a difficult time. But less than half of that say they've actually ever been asked. Follow Sir Mo's advice and change men's health for the better.

In this YouTube link get inside the mind of Sir Mo Farah and see how he'd tackle the Movember Move challenge:

60 men are lost to suicide globally, every hour. You don't need to grow a moustache to take part in Movember. In this challenge you can run or walk 60km throughout November (or any time of year). Cover the distance in one go or over the month.  https://uk.movember.com/support-us/move

Throughout November, the Recovery College will be sharing helpful hints, stories, resources, and activities inspired by the Movember message. Together, we'll explore ways to support wellbeing, build confidence in having open conversations, and create a culture of understanding and support for men across our communities.
