We are here to help you achieve your long-term goals with a 4-week course which is run from 10.00am to 1pm over 3 days with some online work which can be completed from home.  

Courses will be running in: Smethwick, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Greets Green and Tipton

To join the course, you will need to be over 19 years old, not working or unemployed and in receipt of benefit (JSA, ESA, Income Support or Universal Credit).

Phase 1

Accredited employability programme led by vacancies and employer recruitment.

Face to face delivery for 4 weeks in community venues from Monday to Wednesday 10-1 with online work to be completed at learners’ convenience.

Knowledge of working in different roles in the cleaning industry.

You will learn about customer service and we also have 4 weeks wrap around support to improve your confidence, communication skills, time management, teamworking, CV and interview skills

Once you have successfully gained employment you will be progressed onto Phase 2 of our programme.

Phase 2

You have the opportunity to gain a free Level 2 qualification in the following:

• Information, Advice or Guidance
• Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care
• Principles of the Prevention and Control of Infection in a Health Care Setting
• Principles of Team Leading
• Principles of Customer Service
• Cleaning Knowledge and Skills
