(Un)spoken word is the name given to a set of poetry events the Trust held in 2021 and 2022, and the first published volume of poetry, launched on World Poetry Day 2023 (21 March). These poems are important because they help discuss mental health, wellbeing and acknowledging that life can sometimes be difficult and these difficulties remain unspoken.
