    Wolves Foundation offer lots of physical activities to support your Health and Wellbeing.  This is what they offer at a glance - head to the Wolves Foundation website to learn more and get in touch with the foundation. 

    They offer:

    Walking Football - This is a slower, less physical version of the traditional game. The game is designed to be inclusive for all. 

    The sessions are designed for those who are aged 50+, however exceptions can be made dependent on circumstance. They offer 3 sessions per week

    Walking Cricket - This is a less intense more social version of the traditional game.

    The game is played at walking pace and delivers cricketing skills to players who may not have played for a while. For new players the format provides a different way of keeping fit and active. Sessions are focused for adults 50+ but anyone aged 18+ is welcome.
    Our session takes place on Fridays, 3.30pm – 5pm at the Foundation Indoor Arena, WV Active (WV6 9NW). It is FREE to attend.

    Nordic Walking - A social walking group with an emphasis on keeping fit and active.

    The group meet twice a week at West Park.

    Women’s Football - a session is open to adult females aged 18+.

    The sessions are designed to be fun and informal where all abilities can come together and play. We welcome everyone, from those who haven’t played before to those who play more regularly.
