Black Country Connected is a programme to loan residents in the Black Country and West Birmingham a Geobook Tablet and/or a smart-mobile phone with an option to receive connectivity/wi-fi to to give them access to the internet. This will help people access information such as health, care, social and well-being sites, general information sites, educational sites for use with school, college or post-graduate courses, social media and even online shopping access and connect with people and organisations via email and Apps.
