Everyone’s welcome, so pop in for a cuppa and a chat!
We're using public transport to connect people and their local community to tackle loneliness.
For 12 months, our 'Let's Chat' scheme will offer ways to meet new friends, get advice or find out about local services and support groups.
There are three ways you can use the scheme:
- Community Hubs
- Mobile Hubs
- Community Transport
