    The Recovery College Hub Highlights

    Did you know we have an online hub full of resources to support you on your recovery journey?

    The RC Hub is a mental health, recovery, health and wellbeing resource library, for people living in the Black Country. It is ever growing with new activities, leaflets, videos and other tools to help you. 

    We want to shine a light on the amazing resources you can access on the RC Hub. 

    In our first category 'Improving my Physical Health' there are lots of resources for exercise at home, links to local leisure centres and the Couch to 5K app. 

    Here are some examples of what you can find:

    10 Minute Chair-Based Workout | The Body Coach TV This is a great video to watch to build confidence when exercising, lift your mood and feel energised. 

    Strava App Strava is an app taking the world by storm. You can track a walk around your local park, a bike ride, some even used it to track their London Marathon Race last weekend. You can connect with friends and family and celebrate your successes. 

    How to look after your mental health using exercise - If you prefer to read, this is a resource created by the Mental Health Foundation which provides lots of insight into how exercising looks after your mental health. 

    As you can see there are loads of resources, there is something for everyone. Have a look and let us know what you think of the RC Hub.
