Writing for Self-Expression at The Recovery College

We're excited to launch a new course at The Recovery College for the Black Country.

Writing for Self-Expression has been co-produced by The Royal Literary Fund.

We all struggle to express ourselves sometimes and find the right words. Writing for Self-Expression is about finding the words to express what you're feeling and thinking.

A professional writer from the Royal Literary Fund will guide you through this course.

Here is some previous feedback from the course"When you're struggling with mental health, it gives you confidence, a focus on both something outside your mind and a way to process what's in your mind."

This course will be held Face to Face at Sandwell Recovery College, Oldbury starting 10th April. If you would like to register for this course please email This email address is being protected from spambots.
