    🎨Ward Activities Volunteer – Penn Hospital (Female Ward)

    We are seeking a volunteer to support the team with facilitating activities for patients. Activities may include games, arts/crafts, gardening, and more. We are looking for people with specific skills/interests that they can share to benefit patients' wellbeing.

    🏋️ Gym Instructor Volunteers – Hallam Street Hospital

    We are seeking two volunteers to support the Occupational Therapy Team. Applicants must hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (CIMPSA-recognised). Volunteers will assist patients using gym equipment, with staff support.

    The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

    All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

    You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
