The Recovery College Hub (shortened to RC Hub) is a mental health, recovery, health and wellbeing resource library, for people living in the Black Country. The next category we are going to dive into is Staying Safe.
All of our resources are separated into categories under the RC Hub tab to help you find what you need. You can download any of these resources and save for later!
Within the Staying Safe tab there is a website folder where you can find links to many websites some are National Organisations such as Women's Aid and Young Minds and some are local organisations such as Haven Refuge who are based in Wolverhampton. If you click here it will take you straight to our websites tab. - Staying Safe Websites Tab
There are a variety of toolkits to help you stay safe, such as Safety Plans, Mental Health Toolkit and a Wellbeing Plan. The Wellbeing Plan is one of the most popular resources on this tab. You may find having a wellbeing plan helpful as you can always refer back when you need it - My Wellbeing Plan.docx
