Random Acts of Kindness Week

This week it is Random Acts of Kindness Week. When we choose kindness, our brains light up with oxytocin, dopamine, and connection; reminding us that kindness is not just good for the world, it is good for us.

Day to Day it is easy to focus on our tasks and responsibilities that we don't take the time to show kindness to ourselves or others.

Studies have found that acts of kindness are linked to increased feelings of well-being, it can create a sense of belonging and reduce isolation.

Remember, we never truly know what someone else may be going through, at work or at home. Acts of kindness can make the world a happier place for everyone. They can boost feelings of confidence, being in control, happiness and optimism

We can offer kindness in many ways; some examples are below:

Remember that kindness is free.. and it makes a huge difference!
