Monarch Care Services provide domiciliary care and supported living services in Dudley, Birmingham, Sandwell, Wolverhampton and wider West Midlands area. They operate 24x7 care service to adults and elderly members of the community who require extra assistance.
They have availability at two of their supported living complexes.

- Bearmore Court
They offer self contained apartments adapted to our residents needs, with on site staffing provision in a specialized environment.
At Livingstone Road there are studio apartments with a communal lounge.
At Bearmore Court there are one bedroom apartments, communal lounge with purpose built wet rooms
