Mental Health Awareness Week #MomentsforMovement

It's Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for this year is Movement.

#MomentsforMovement

The Mental Health Foundation have said: "One of the most important things you can do to help protect your mental health is regular movement. Our bodies and our minds are connected. Looking after ourselves physically also helps us prevent problems with our mental health." (Boost your mental health by moving more | Mental Health Foundation)

Throughout the week you will hear from some of our staff exploring how movement has a positive impact on their mental health. We will share events from various organisations across the Black Country that you can get involved in, whilst sharing activities you can do from the comfort of your own home too!

There is lots to look out for on the blog this week. Make sure you are connected to the blog so you don't miss any of our posts!
