In the college we are currently in our Summer break but this doesn't mean that the staff and volunteers are on a break!  For the last couple of days staff and volunteers have been holding co-produced and co-delivered training on Facilitation.

This is just one of the ways that the college makes sure that what we deliver is of the best quality, fits with our principles and that everyone facilitating feels confident.

Over the last two days we've covered how to create a good session, making our courses accessible to all and the difference between facilitating and teaching.
