Happy Lunar New Year!

The Lunar New Year, which coincides with the first new moon of the lunar calenda

This year marks the Year of the Fire Horse. In the Chinese zodiac, the horse is known for its vitality and confidence - traits which may be fuelled further by the fire element

Lunar New Year is an annual celebration which coincides with the first new moon of the lunar calendar.

Millions of people around the world celebrate the event, especially in east and south-east Asia. It is a 15-day festival held between between 21 January and 20 February every year.

The Recovery College is an educational learning environment for people who have an interest in, or personal difficulties with, mental health.

All of our sessions are created with people who have lived experience of challenges with their own mental health along with carers and healthcare professionals.

You do not need any formal qualifications or experience to attend the college. All of our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over.
