Self-care activities are the things you do to maintain good health and improve your wellbeing.
During this course you will learn what self-care is, explore healthy boundaries, develop a sensory self-care box and learn coping strategies to apply to your daily life. Each week is focused on a topic covering self-care, self-love, boundaries, positive self-talk
and more.
