    (Four Week Course)

    Do you struggle to overcome negative thinking habits?

    In our Coping With course you will learn about how our thinking affects how we feel and act, how to use our senses to ground ourselves in moments of stress and how to succeed in making positive emotional and behavioral changes.

    During this course you will develop a ‘toolbox’ of coping strategies as well as to introduce some key psychological ideas such as the positivity spiral showing how our thoughts, emotions and behaviors work together.

     

     This course draws on the principles of Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
