    (Three Week Course)  

    How often do we as women ask ourselves what we need?

    In this course we come together to celebrate and explore who we are as women. We explore women who helped shape the world, healthy relationships and affirmations to challenge negative thinking. We also discuss the women who inspire us. 

    We will be sharing some factual information, tips and some different perspectives around many common experiences for women. This course is open to all women, trans women and non-binary people who identify more on the feminine end.
