(Four Week Course)
Practicing mindfulness can give more insight into emotions, boost attention and concentration, and improve relationships.
Mindfulness exercises are ways of paying attention to the present moment. Mindfulness training helps people to become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and body sensations so that instead of being overwhelmed by them, they are better able to manage them.
On this course you will learn daily mindfulness tips, experience a variety of mindfulness exercises and practices such as body scan, breathing space and the stages of mindfulness.
Mindfulness can be practiced by anyone. You do not need to be religious or spiritual to practice mindfulness. It has the potential to help anyone.
This course follows on from the 'Introduction to Mindfulness.'
