    Men’s Wellbeing Workshop (Four week course)  

    We want to remind all men that you are not alone, that other men feel exactly the same as you do, and if we share our feelings we can become mentally stronger and together we can change the way we look after our mental health. 

    We are providing a safe space and a listening ear to share how we really feel about our mental health and what affects it. No judgements, just time.
