     (Four Week Course)  

    A course for men to come together over 4 weeks in a safe space to talk about all things mental health, with no judgements. The course aims to explore the personal and societal difficulties faced by men in today’s society. We look at roles of men, social media perspectives, emotional and physical wellness, and support. This course is open to all men, trans men and non-binary people who identify more on the masculine end.We are providing a safe space and a listening ear to share how we really feel about our mental health and what affects it. No judgements, just time.
