The benefits of learning to practice being thankful are nearly endless. People who regularly take the time to notice and reflect upon the things they’re thankful for feel more alive, positive in their emotions, sleep better, express more kindness and compassion and even have stronger immune systems.

- How to develop a new attitude of gratitude
- Start a gratitude journal
- Learn what science says about the benefits of this to our wellbeing
- Chat to others to share successes and challenges
