    (Five Week Course)

    Have you ever thought about the impact food can have on your mental health? 

    In this course you will explore your relationship with food and discover how what you eat can affect both your physical and mental wellbeing.

    We discuss ways we can lift our mood through healthy eating and understand what recommended eating, hydration and exercise habits could look like for us.

    There will be a wealth of information guiding you towards fitting healthy eating into your life to help you work towards a positive food lifestyle.
