(2 Sessions)
This course supports students to gently reflect on what a life that feels meaningful and supportive might look like for them, both now and in the future. Through exploring personal strengths, values, hopes and current sources of support, students will consider what already helps life feel manageable, what may be getting in the way, and how these barriers can be understood with compassion.
The course also encourages students to look ahead at their own pace, exploring possibilities for the future, identifying realistic first steps, and recognising that thriving can be quiet, small and unique to each individual.
