This course supports students to explore the basics of everyday routines and how they can positively support mental health and recovery.
Students will be introduced to routines as gentle, flexible structures that adapt to personal needs rather than strict schedules, with an emphasis on choice and selfcompassion. The course helps students understand how mental ill health can affect routines, normalises these difficulties, and encourages the discovery of small, supportive routine anchors that feel realistic right nowcompassion.
