(10 Week Course)
Interested in Nature and how it can assist with your wellbeing?
From listening to birdsong to pausing for a sunset, you'll learn how small moments in nature can make a big difference to mental and physical health. You'll also get a glimpse of the practical tools, like our seasonal calendar of prompts, that make it easy to get started. Nature is on your doorstep! Take time to discover the calming influence of our natural world.
Through a strengthened connection to nature, it can also lead to people showing more care and concern for nature, and a desire to take positive action to support it.
