    Food and Mood 

    (Three Week Course)

    This course explores some of the many connections between what we eat and how we feel. Over 3 weeks we will look at how food can influence our mood – both positively and negatively – and how our emotions can interplay with our eating habits. Through discussion and reflection, we will explore our personal eating habits and look at practical tips and tools to support our emotional wellbeing through food.
