     Gratitude Taster Session

    How could Gratitude change your life?

    The benefits of learning to practice being thankful are nearly endless. People who regularly take the time to notice and reflect upon the things they’re thankful for feel more alive, positive in their emotions, sleep better, express more kindness and compassion and even have stronger immune systems.

    In this taster session you will have the opportunity to learn how to develop a new attitude of Gratitude. You can start a Gratitude journal and learn what science says about the benefits to our wellbeing.
