(Four Week Course)
This four week course draws on the principles of Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
The course helps students to learn to develop a ‘toolbox’ of coping strategies as well as to introduce some key psychological ideas about how our thoughts, emotions and behaviours work together.
This course acts as the foundation for the Finding Solutions course.
Session Outcomes:
- You will learn about how our thinking affects how we feel and act.
- How to use our senses to ground ourselves in moments of stress.
- How to succeed in making positive emotional and behavioural changes.
