This course supports students to develop a clearer understanding of what overwhelm is and how it can affect daily life. Students will explore practical ways to manage competing demands through pacing, planning, and protecting their energy.
It introduces strategies for taking back control of the day, prioritising without pressure, and creating a personalised toolkit to reduce overwhelm and make all areas of life feel more manageable.
