This course aims to provide practical and an easy to understandfoundation for people who want to make sense of their thinking and feel more in control of everyday challenges.
It explores how thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all linked and highlights common thinking patterns we all fall into. Introducing simple ways to check and rebalance unhelpful thoughts.
