    The aim of this course is to increase awareness and understanding of emotions and feelings, what they are and what they mean for us and others.

    • Define emotions and feelings
    • Begin to understand our emotions
    • Identify our own emotions
    • Explore living with and managing our emotions
    • Think about strategies and skills to manage our emotions
    • Increase our self-awareness, acceptance and self-compassion
